Who we are

Homewright is software that home-service businesses use to run their websites, estimates, scheduling, invoices and customer portal. When you deal with a business through Homewright, that business is responsible for your information (it decides what to collect and why); Homewright processes it on the business's behalf. Questions about your records with a business go to that business first.

What we process

Why

To provide the services you asked the business for, to send messages about your appointments, estimates and invoices, to keep legally required records, and to keep the service secure. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who receives it

The business you deal with, and the providers that run the service: hosting and database, email and text-message delivery, file storage, maps (if the business uses them), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and payments (Stripe). We don't sell personal information.

How long

As long as the business keeps your account, plus what tax and accounting law requires for invoices and payments. Operational logs are deleted on a schedule (for example, sign-in sessions after 30 days, location history after 90 days).

Your choices and rights

Customers can download their data and ask a business to delete it from the customer portal (Your data). Depending on where you live you may also have rights to correct your information or object to certain uses; contact the business or us.
