Beta
Homewright is in beta. Features may change, and we may contact you for feedback. Keep your own copies of anything critical while we're in beta.
Businesses
- You're responsible for the services you sell, your prices, taxes, licenses and insurance, and for the accuracy of what you send customers.
- You control your customers' information and must have a lawful basis to use it (for example, consent for marketing and text messages). You'll respond to your customers' privacy requests.
- Card payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms; you are the merchant of record and handle refunds and disputes.
- Arrival windows you offer are estimates, not guaranteed times.
- Don't use Homewright for unlawful purposes, spam, or to store data you aren't allowed to hold.
Customers of businesses
Your agreement for the work is with the business. Estimates you approve online, including typed-name signatures, are binding between you and the business under its terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Homewright available and secure but provide it "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months.
Changes
We'll give notice of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
